Founded by Louis Alinosi, the company was built on old-world Italian traditions and a passion for crafting frozen desserts with exceptional quality, rich flavor, and authentic ingredients. Inspired by techniques learned alongside some of Europe’s great chefs, Louis brought to Detroit a unique approach to blending fresh cream, fruits, nuts, candies, and chocolate into desserts that families would remember for generations.
What began more than a century ago continues today with the same commitment to quality and craftsmanship that made Alinosi’s a local tradition across Michigan.
Still family owned and proudly operating from the same Detroit location for generations, Alinosi’s remains dedicated to preserving the recipes, flavors, and standards that built the brand’s reputation over the years.
